Renowned expert in natural medicine, Dr. Doug Cutler heads Cutler Integrative Medicine, and is the husband to Holly Cutler, and partner to FACE. He founded The Integrative Health Model™, and uses a holistic approach with naturopathic medicine to create breakthroughs in his patient’s health. He is known for his ability to empower patients to better health, after they have exhausted conventional methods.
Dr. Cutler received his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. Dr. Cutler has also obtained post-doctorate and extensive training in environmental medicine under the pioneering and leading experts in the field of medicine.

Linda’s experience in the beauty industry spans over twenty-five years in salons, spas and the retail sector. As our General Manager, her sales and training leadership continues to support our fast growth in the marketplace, as she has conducted sales and training for international spa distributors, growing each successfully. She holds licenses to practice skin care and massage therapy in both Florida and Michigan. Linda’s goal is to help our patients and clients look and feel amazing by helping guide them through our large array of therapies, and products, and supporting them to make the necessary changes in order to meet their goals. She is a people-person and Face and Cutler Integrative Medicine are proud to have her amongst our leadership. She loves being active, enjoying the outdoors, and participating in life. Linda, along with her husband Paul, loves to travel to Colorado and Florida and are the proud parents of their daughter Chloe.
Vanda joined our FACE team as our Spa Director with over 15 years of experience in health care, beauty and retail industries and is a perfect addition to our customer service team. With a real passion for business and customer relations, Vanda uses her leadership to guide clients and patients through their journey with elegance and ease. Her extensive background working with patients has provided her with a distinct skill set that our clientele hold in high regard. Vanda was born in Russia and moved to the United States 27 years ago. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two amazing kids.
Shelby is a registered nurse with over 6 years of experience working in acute and critical patient care. Shelby’s extensive background, along with her professional and warm demeanor has allowed Shelby to build a loyal aesthetic following quickly. Shelby has an unyielding passion for the practice of aesthetic medicine, facial correction, and unique techniques to enhance a persons image through subtle and measured refinement. Aesthetically talented, Shelby has trained under the top physicians all over the country, as well with all the top companies in the field. Her passions include performing a restored V shape face, a lip lift technique that gives the lips a natural restored look, Ultherapy facelifts and PDO threads to lift facial contours. Shelby lives with her husband, Zach and their two sons, Henry and Bobby in Birmingham, MI.
Jackie is a patient focused Registered Nurse who started her career in nursing in the areas of coronary care, pre- anesthesia and peripheral vascular nursing. In 2006, Jackie started receiving her own treatments using injectables and was instantly impressed at her results, and after years of treatment, she began training with the top Allergan trainer in the US. Jacqueline is extremely versed with all the latest injectables, dermal fillers, and liquid lifts, leading her to incorporate advanced techniques to address under eye aging and fatigue, jawline reshaping, and lower to mid face aging and more. From the countless benefits injectables provide to the appearance and confidence of women and men alike, Jackie’s professional, experienced, and supportive approach to patient care, allows her loyal following to feel at ease and rely on her assessment skills and suggestions while never losing sight of her clients concerns and specific aesthetic needs. Jackie recently became a first time “Glamma” to a beautiful granddaughter and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Tiffany joins us as a cosmetic RN with 8 years of experience in the field, and extensive education for years in injectables, liquid facelifts, Botox, and Skin Restoration techniques. She has trained under the top injectors in Florida and Colorado. Tiffany also has experience in laser, energy, and body rejuvenation therapies. She is not only stunning and dynamic, but her bedside manner had people on a waiting list for months to see her. We are excited to bring her on board with our FACE team. Tiffany enjoys time outdoors, being active, keeping up on the latest advancements in her field, reading, and sports.
Courtney is our lead Medical Aesthetician of our facial division, bringing 15 years of experience in skincare. Originally from the Los Angeles area, she earned her first professional Esthetics license in California (2005), and has since added licenses from Wisconsin and Michigan. Courtney’s first experience with Esthetics came after undergoing treatment for Grade III Cystic Acne as a young adult. After years of frustration with medications and dermatology visits, a professional Esthetician guided Courtney to clear skin with minimal disfigurements. This life-changing experience with a professional Esthetician was the inspiration for Courtney to dedicate her life to helping others look and feel their best despite their skin disorders. Her passion in aiding clients reach their skin care goals has led her to FACE Skincare Medical Wellness. Courtney believes that the skin is the outward manifestation of what is happening internally in our bodies. Courtney loves spending time with her husband and two wonderful children (AKA the maniacs!). She also enjoys paddle boarding, reading, and traveling.
Erin joins our team as a medical aesthetician with over 17 years of experience. As a life-long Michigander, Erin’s dedication to skin care management comes after her own personal struggles with acne as a teen. With a passion to learn about cutting edge technologies and treatment options, Erin has continued to stay on the cutting edge of her esthetics knowledge. Erin was drawn to FACE due to our patient focused philosophy, customized skin care management procedures, and our dedication to providing their clients with the latest in skin care technology. Erin is a very active mother of two boys. She enjoys watching them play sports, spending time outdoors, fitness and nutrition, traveling, and taking her dog for walks with her husband.
Adrianna is laser laser technician and licensed medical esthetician with 15 years of extensive experience in the field of medical aesthetics, and trained in the fields of dermatology and plastic surgery. Adrianna is not only passionate about medical aesthetics, but patient care. Adrianna specializes in many different lasers, chemical peels, radio frequency, ultrasound technology, skin tightening, body contouring, micro-needling and has vast knowledge of injectables and other advanced skin care options. Adrianna is a firm believer of continuing education and attends a myriad of seminars yearly to remain cutting edge. Because of her extensive experience and knowledge, patients trust Adrianna to reveal their beauty from within. Be rest assured you will receive nothing more than the utmost of treatment while under her care. Her bubbly and caring personality will only add to the experience with her. Adrianna enjoys time with soul mate and two beautiful teenage daughters. When she can she loves to travel up north and spend time by the great lakes.
Formally trained in Scottsdale, Arizona, Erin has been licensed medical esthetician for over 15 years. She enthusiastically joined our team because of the advanced technology in skin care, and holistic approach to beauty. Having experienced acne both in her youth, as well as an adult, she understands how our skin can affect our confidence, and change our personality. Erin learned to come out of her shell, and now eagerly helps others who also suffer from a wide range skin conditions. Erin loves being a mother to her son, spending time with him in activities, outdoors, and traveling. She also enjoys reading, fitness, and accelerating her expertise in skincare.
Jennifer joins us with 25 years in the beauty industry, 15 of them as a medical esthetician. While she was working in a well known dermatology office, she was diagnosed with Rosacea and has felt first hand what it is like to have skin challenges the affect ones confidence. She has since dedicated herself to help others with rosacea, as well as all skin conditions. Jennifer has also managed and run her own beauty clinic before joining us at FACE. Jennifer gave herself her first facial when she was only 10 years old, and was always doing hair, nails, and makeup, so her family knew she would go into the beauty industry from a young age even when she didn’t. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys crafting (nickname is Martha Stewart), baking (known to make a mean cake pop), planning events, traveling, and is a huge sports enthusiast.
Born and raised in Michigan, Stephanie brings 6 years experience as a medical aesthetician and laser technician to our team. Stephanie’s background includes working in Dermatology using laser and energy based devices, and consulting with patients about effective treatments and homeware for their skin challenges. From personal experience, Stephanie knows what it is like to have skin challenges, as she has struggled with Melasma. This experience has better equipped Stephanie to have compassion for her clients challenges and emotional discontent over their skin. Her compassion, strong work ethic, and thirst for learning have made her a successful leader at FACE. Stephanie is a devoted mother to her children, passionately dedicated to her church, and loves skincare, reading, and enjoying an evening with her family.
Monika specializes in advanced medical aesthetics with a focus both on clinical facials, as well as laser skin rejuvenation. Monika is originally from Poland, and moved to the U.S when she was just 22 years old. Monika owned her own spa for 11 years, as well as previously worked at Allure Medical and Estée Lauder Spa. She is very passionate about what she does and excited to be joining the FACE team as a laser technician and medical aesthetician. In her free time she loves playing with her new puppy, as well as spending time in nature and doing outdoor activities. Reilene values a work, life balance philosophy and family time is very important to her. Alongside her family getaways, she enjoys cruising, sailing and baking. A loyal sport enthusiast, she looks forward to football season, hockey, and baseball with her husband and her two sons.
Stephanie brings 10 years of customer service experience to her role as our spa coordinator. Her depth of devotion and knowledge is noticeably echoed in the personal and exceptional customer service care she provides for our guests. Stephanie’s passion for nutrition, health, fitness, and wellness is what motivates her to really care for our clients and their journey to good health and clear skin. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her two kids, and life-long soul mate. She values her time and the relationships she has with her friends and family. She also enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, being outdoors, and is always up for dining out at new restaurants.
Malina joins us as a spa coordinator and has been in the beauty industry for over 5 years. She has a vast knowledge and experience through her years of management in a salon and spa environment. Gina has also battled with her own skin challenges, and her favorite part of the job is being able to help instill confidence in others. Gina's passion for joining the FACE team came from noticing how the beauty industry is constantly evolving and wanting to be part of a company that constantly keeps up with the newest and latest innovations. Malina has spent most of her life in Michigan and recently moved back from Charlotte, North Carolina. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs.
Molly joins us as our Creative Director, as her passion lies with all things design and creative. As a video producer and editor, she believes that marketing is an art and that every post should be interesting to watch and educational. Her background involves working with top-tier corporations to curate unique and eye-catching content for social media, websites, and internal employee education purposes. As an MBA student, she also has a deep passion for business management and development, so she loves being able to combine her right and left brain on the daily! Outside of work, Molly enjoys hiking with her dog, painting, going out to dinner with friends, and hosting game nights.
Abbi, AKA Queen of Social Media, has joined our FACE team as our Marketing Director. Her passion and interest in all things marketing is what makes her a great asset to our company. Abbi focuses on creating brand content that is conversational, engaging and adds value to people’s lives. She aims to keep the “connected customer” experience growing across the organization. Her passion for visual storytelling and creating a meaningful customer experience has made her a force to be reckoned with. In her free time, Abbi enjoys spending time with her fiancé and her two cats. She is a big social media enthusiast, loves to travel, and never says no when it comes to trying new foods.
Gina joins us as a licensed medical aesthetician, laser technician, and medical assistant with over 4 years of experience working with plastic surgery and dermatology. She graduated from the National Laser Institute where she was nationally certified. Gina's background includes doing photodynamic therapy on patients that had skin cancer, to working really close and hands on with people who are treating their acne, to cosmetic surgery doing consulting and follow ups along with assisting Botox, fillers, and threads. Gina is very passionate about her work and delivering excellent patient care. Perfection for her clients is always her goal, as she loves making people feel and look great. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandparents and going on nature walks
Carrie Ann joined the Cutler Integrative Medicine team as our Wellness Coordinator. She brings over 15 years experience managing, coordinating and supervising medical practices, and assisting patients. With her Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration, Carrie Ann has a passion of being apart of the journey of people transforming their lives into a healthier one. She is committed to being there for our patients and provides support from start to finish. She believes if you can conceive it, you can achieve it. Her optimistic disposition brings compassion and a high standard of care to our wellness practice. In her off time, Carrie Ann enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, gardening, and doing yoga.
Reilene joins our wellness division of Cutler Integrative Medicine as an IV Nurse Specialist with 22 years experience in Labor and Delivery. She is currently doing continuing education in Holistic Care Nursing that has a strong focus involving healing the mind, body, and soul of our patients. Florence Nightengale, a true heroine, was one of the first holistic nurses that exemplified the epitome of what Reilene models her care to be. She emphasizes the connection between patients and their environment and in parallel, maintains optimal well-being and good health. Reilene values a work, life balance philosophy and family time is very important to her. Alongside her family getaways, she enjoys cruising, sailing and baking. A loyal sport enthusiast, she looks forward to football season, hockey, and baseball with her husband of 27 years and her two sons.
Hedy joins our FACE team as one of our Marketing Directors. Previously, she worked full time as a small business owner and artist where she learned firsthand how to cultivate a brand identity and online presence. Hedy brings design and photography expertise to create eye-catching visuals for our social media channels. She is passionate about building client relationships by creating value for customers through informative and exciting content. She is fun, smart, and savvy, and a wonderful asset to our creative team. In her spare time, she loves to make ceramic art, cook, and play with her rescue kitten.
Rachelle joins our Cutler Integrative Medicine team as one of our IV nurses. Her background as a Registered Nurse comes with over 7 years of experience in Labor and Delivery and Dermatology. She graduated from Madonna University where she was taught the practice of Holistic Nursing, which focuses on wellness rather than treating symptoms of a person's current illness. Rachelle is often a preceptor and role model for new nurses, encouraging them to consider their patients physical, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being. Outside of work, Rachelle loves to spend time with friends, family and especially her two nieces.
