What is Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)?

PRP, aka Platelet Rich Plasma, is the liquid portion of the blood that mainly consists of growth factors, stem cells, proteins, and platelets. Your blood is drawn and spun in a centrifuge to concentrate the plasma, then it is injected anywhere on the face to stimulate collagen, even helping under eye circles, and is also used in the scalp to stimulate hair growth!

PRP for Hair Growth

PRP is commonly used as an injection into the scalp. This helps to promote hair growth, prevent hair loss and restore strands to their natural thickness.
