Onda Pro™ is the only aesthetic treatment powered by Coolwaves® technology , a proprietary 2.45 GHz microwave frequency designed to pass through the skin’s surface and work in the tissue beneath it. It is the 2026 generation of DEKA’s Coolwaves® platform: one device, three handpieces, and a dual-action mechanism that can treat fat and skin on the same platform. At FACE, it is the upgrade to the original microwave body-sculpting technology we were among the first in the country to bring to the region.
How the energy works? Coolwaves® are absorbed far more readily by fat than by skin. About 80% of the energy is taken up in the fat layer; a smaller share reaches the dermis. Built-in contact cooling keeps the surface comfortable while the tissue below is heated into a therapeutic range (about 50–55°C). That is why the treatment needs no numbing and no downtime.

What that energy does ?
Microwave energy heats and stresses adipocytes, disrupting their membranes. The body gradually clears the released contents through normal metabolism and lymph over the following weeks. Treated fat cells do not return; remaining cells can still enlarge if weight goes up.
The same platform contracts existing collagen and stimulates new collagen, so the surface firms as volume decreases — fat reduction without leaving the skin looser.
Energy at the Shallow depth remodeled the fibrous bands that pull dimples into the skin and softens the fat lobules between them, improving orange-peel texture as well as circumference.

Emsculpt NEO® reduces nearby fat, but muscle building is the lead effect. Morpheus8 Cool® Body only coagulates subdermal fat as part of skin remodeling, not as bulk fat removal.
Best for Cellulite
Emtone® treats classic cellulite most because that is its job radiofrequency plus mechanical pressure on the fibrous bands. Onda Pro™ improves dimpling when it sits on a real fat pocket. Morpheus8 Cool® Body only improves the look of dimples when the problem is weak, crepey skin underneath not classic orange-peel cellulite.
Best for Skin Tightening
Morpheus8 Cool® Body tightens most because it remodels the dermis from the inside, and can treat large areas with ease. XERF® is the strongest non-invasive needle-free tightener because that is its job, deep bulk heating for a structural lift, better for small to moderate areas. Onda Pro™ moderately firms as a second effect of fat heating. Emtone® mildly firms only as part of cellulite treatment.
