Ultherapy PRIME® is the latest advancement in non-invasive ultrasound lifting. It uses precise micro-focused ultrasound energy to safely heat targeted layers beneath the skin including the deep foundational SMAS layer that surgeons address in a facelift without damaging the surface. Your Treatment Session
Plan to spend a few hours with us on treatment day. Upper face treatment usually takes about 30 minutes, lower face about 60 minutes, and a full face and neck treatment can take up to two hours. We take extra time before and after to make sure you are fully comfortable.

Your Skin Management Expert™ uses an advanced numbing approach built for comfort, well beyond older topical or narcotic options, so you can relax through your session. You feel warmth as the ultrasound energy is delivered, with more sensation over bony areas where there is less fat to cushion it. Most patients leave feeling comfortable, and are able to go about their daily routine.
Some patients notice mild redness for up to an hour, plus occasional tingling, or tenderness that can last a few weeks. A small number of patients notice some tiny, heat-related bumps that look like small blemishes; these usually fade within a few days if they happen at all. There are no activity limits, so you can go straight back to your day.
